" Pindang " From Lampung


     ingredients:

     500 gr cork fresh fish, cut into pieces
     3 pieces of red pepper, cut into pieces
     2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
     2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
     2 cm galangal, crushed
     2 pieces laurel leaves
     4 lime leaves, chopped
     500 ml of water
     Â ½ tablespoons salt
     Â ½ teaspoon pepper

puree:

     6 pcs red onions
     3 cm turmeric
     3 cloves garlic

How to make:

     Sauté the ground spices, red chillies, tomatoes, lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
     Enter the fish, stir until it changes color, add water, salt and pepper.
     Once cooked remove and serve hot.

For 4 people.
